2015 TEACHER & SUPPORT PERSON OF THE YEAR

On the first day back for staff on Sept. 2, the 2015 TEACHER OF THE YEAR and SUPPORT PERSON OF THE YEAR were announced.

Laurie Agosta, Elementary Special Education Teacher Consultant, received the honors as Teacher of the Year for 2015.  Other finalists were Richard Strozewski, sixth-grade teacher at Algonquin, and Ginny Vistisen, at-risk teacher at Algonquin.

Named Support Person of the Year for 2015 was Windie DeBoyer, paraprofessional at Algonquin.  Other finalists were Pamela Becker, paraprofessional at GSRP and assistant at ABC Daycare, and Debra Waite, paraprofessional at Algonquin.
