Parent Connection

Zang!e’s ParentConnection is a web application that provides parents with direct access to student data via the Internet. Using a confidential PIN (personal identification number) and password, parents can connect to the school district’s student database using a web browser and view their child’s data, such as progress reports, attendance records, report cards, transcripts, and more. ParentConnection allows the parent to view, in one session, data on all their enrolled dependents in the same district, across multiple school sites.
In order to access the secured information that is available via ParentConnection, you will need to register for an account. This account will allow you to view information for all your children, regardless of grade level.
The registration process is fairly straightforward. Simply complete the enclosed ParentConnection Registration Form. You may list all your children on one form, you do not need to complete a separate form for each building. Please return the completed form to the secretary of the school building of your choice.
Once received, district staff will verify the information on the form and create your ParentConnection account. At the beginning of the 2006-2007 school year, you can come in and pick up your PIN/password and user instructions. You must pick up your PIN/password in person. You will be asked to produce a driver license as proof of identity at the time of pickup. When you receive your information, just visit the school district web page (algonac.k12.mi.us) and click on the ParentConnection button.
