Monday

Strawberry Almond Salad

Fresh greens topped with fresh strawberries, red onions, mandarin oranges, sugared almonds and raspberry vinaigrette. Served with dinner roll & fresh fruit

Tuesday

Chicken Caesar Salad

Fresh Romaine topped grilled chicken breast, shredded parm, tomato, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Served with dinner roll and fresh fruit

Wednesday

Deli Chef Salad

Fresh greens topped with ham & turkey strips, American cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, hard boiled egg and ranch dressing. Served with Fresh Fruit

 

Thursday

Fresh Spinach Salad

Fresh Spinach bacon, cherry tomatoes,, cucumbers, hard boiled egg, fresh mushrooms and raspberry vinagrette. Served with fresh fruit and dinner roll

Friday

 Beef Taco Salad

Fresh greens topped with tortilla chips, seasoned beef, black beans, olives, tomatoes, jalapenos, cheddar cheese and finished with sour cream and salsa. Served with fresh fruit

Homemade tuna salad, sliced tomato, and romaine lettuce, served on Ciabatta bread. Served with fresh fruit & baked chip
