Chicken Caesar Salad

Fresh greens topped with grilled chicken breast, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, croutons and Caesar  Dressing. Served with dinner roll & fresh fruit


Taco Salad

Fresh greens topped tortilla chips, black olives, tomatoes,seasoned beef, cheddar cheese,  and finished with salsa and sour cream.


Hummus with Fresh Vegetables

Hummus with fresh pepper strips, baby carrots, broccoli florets, cauliflower, grapes a Baked Pita Wedges.



Deli Chef Salad

Fresh greens ham, turkey, tomatoes,American cheese, cucumbers, hard boiled egg, ranch dressing and served with fresh fruit and dinner roll


 Strawberry Almond Salad

Fresh greens, red onion, mandarin oranges, strawberries, sugared almonds, dressing, served with dinner roll and fresh fruit


Homemade Tuna Salad

Homemade tuna salad, sliced tomato, and romaine lettuce, served on Ciabatta bread. Served with fresh fruit & baked chip

Made to Order Sandwiches Offered Daily

Choice of Bread: Sliced Bread, Tortilla Wrap, Pretzel Bun, Ciabatta Bread or Fresh Baked Sub Bun
