Monday

Chicken Caesar Salad

Fresh greens topped with grilled chicken breast, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, croutons and Caesar  Dressing. Served with dinner roll & fresh fruit

Tuesday

Deli Chef Salad

Fresh greens topped red onions, Ham & turkey strips, tomatoes, cucumbers, hard boiled egg, ranch  dressing and served with an dinner roll.

Wednesday

Hummus with Fresh Vegetables

Hummus with fresh pepper strips, baby carrots, broccoli florets, cauliflower, grapes a Baked Pita Wedges.

 

Thursday

Chicken BLT Salad

Fresh greens topped grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, bacon bits, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, dressing and served with fresh fruit and dinner roll

Friday

 Soup & Sandwich

Homemade Chicken Noodle soup, served with a turkey sandwich. The sandwich is madeon a Ciabatte Roll with sliced turkey breast, provolone cheese, romaine, tomato and red onion.

FRIDAY'S Special's ONLY

Homemade Tuna Salad

Homemade tuna salad, sliced tomato, and romaine lettuce, served on Ciabatta bread. Served with fresh fruit & baked chip

Choice of Bread: Sliced Bread, Tortilla Wrap, Pretzel Bun, Ciabatta Bread or Fresh Baked Sub Bun

Choice of Meats: Turkey, Ham, Salami, Hummus or Chicken Breast
