Monday

Turkey Cobb Salad

Fresh greens topped with turkey, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, crisp bacon bits and Ranch Dressing. Served with dinner roll & fresh fruit

Tuesday

Fruited Chicken Salad

Seasoned Chicken Breast, fresh greens topped with apples, sweet cranberries, strawberries, bleu cheese, raspberry vinaigrette and served with an dinner roll.

Wednesday

Hummus with Fresh Vegetables

Hummus with fresh pepper strips, baby carrots, broccoli florets, cauliflower, grapes a Baked Pita Wedges.

 

Thursday

Chartwells Chicken Breast Salad

Fresh greens topped grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, mandarin Oranges, fresh strawberries, pineapple tidbits and Poppy Seed Dressing. Served with fresh fruit and dinner roll

Friday

 Deli Chef Salad

Fresh greens topped with  ham and turkey strips, American cheese, tomatoes, cucumebrs, hard bolied egg and Ranch Dressing. Served with fresh fruit and dinner roll

Homemade Tuna Salad

Homemade tuna salad, sliced tomato, and romaine lettuce, served on Ciabatta bread. Served with fresh fruit & baked chip
